On Monday, August 4th, Seattle City Council published over 100 prospective amendments to the One Seattle Comprehensive Plan, many of which pointed in a positive direction for housing development and density. We must support Council in passing the most effective pro-housing amendments, including increased bonuses for stacked flat and affordable housing development as well as adding more neighborhood centers.

All are welcome, whether this is the first time you're hearing about the Comprehensive Plan or you're a seasoned housing advocate. Talking points, timeline updates, and letter-writing materials will be provided by HDC staff.
