Community voices belong at the center of planning. Written every 10 years, comprehensive plans have major implications for housing, transportation, the climate, and more. The WA Dept. of Commerce recently launched new resources to help communities understand how they can influence comprehensive planning. At the same time, Seattle is about to renew the comprehensive plan for the city. At this event, you will learn how to influence Comprehensive planning on issues you care about, and hear from experts about what is on the local and state agenda and their climate impacts.
